Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you have any problems with your product within 30 days of purchase date we will be happy to replace it with a new product of the same model. If you need a replacement unit, please complete a RMA form to request an RMA number. We will reply with the RMA number and information on how to return your defective product.

If a return is necessary due to a defect, we offer the option of paying for your shipping charges to return the item. When you email us to request an RMA number, let us know if you would prefer that we pay the shipping. In these cases, we will mail you a return shipping label when the RMA number is issued. If you choose to return the package without using our label, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not reimburse shipping costs. Replacement products are always shipped to the customer via Ground delivery.

All returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date, and include all original components and accessories. We do not make exceptions to this policy. The returned package must be clearly marked with the RMA number. The RMA number is extremely important. Packages arriving without a RMA number can not be processed, and will be discarded.

We do not offer exchanges for credit toward different products.
