1) When will my products arrive? Your products are shipped immediately upon your payment being processed. We only take payment once we can confirm we have your product in stock and is ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for your products to arrive via Australia Post.
2) How do I get free shipping with my order? International customers? Orders that exceed more than $200 before GST, will be entitled to have their order shipped to their chosen destination within Australia, completely free of postage charges.
International customers, due to the nature of the products sold through this website, there is no standard international shipping rates. When your order is made with us, we will contact you to confirm your shipping options and associated costs.
3) What warranty is provided? All our products are sold with their respective manufacturers warranty.
4) I'm having a problem with the website. Sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately with the nature of the problem and we will have our webmaster look directly into your problem.
5) Why do Radio Warehouse only accept payment via credit card? Having an online store (excuse the clique) cuts out the "middle man" and allows us to pass the savings onto you. A secure credit card transaction means speedy service, instant processing and most importantly, a better radio deal for you. This is the new way for two-way!
6) Can I pay with direct deposit? Yes absolutely. Please place your order through our website and at checkout select 'direct deposit'. You will receive an email with confirmation of your order and our bank details. When payment has been confirmed in our bank account we will send the products to you. Please allow some additional time for this to occur and to further assist us please contact us with your bank transfer advice.
7) Can I pick up my goods directly from a store? As we are strictly an online warehouse, we have limited overheads allowing us to pass on direct savings to you. Consequently we do not have an address that you are able to pick up your goods directly from. We do however have a mailing address for any snail mail enquires. We recommend that you utilise the contact information we have provided for efficient and friendly service.
