If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your Radio Warehouse purchase please call 03 8685 8276.
Return Policy:
If you purchase a product from our online store and decide that you not longer want it, we can offer you a refund, less a 15% restocking fee, if the following criteria are met:
The Product is unopened, and in re-saleable condition.
The exterior of the package is free from damage or markings of any kind.
The product will be returned to Radio Warehouse within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If your return meets the above criteria, complete our RMA form and then contact our Customer Service Centre on 03 8685 8276 for an RMA number.
When shipping your return, please ensure the completed RMA form is enclosed.
Radio Warehouse will exchange your purchase or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment – less the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
Returning Defective Product:
Product Defects:
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Radio Warehouse supplied product, please contact Customer Service on 03 8685 8276 to report the defect and to obtain an RMA number to return the goods to us.
If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
Shipping of Goods:
If returning Product please note:
Radio Warehouse recommends that you
(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and
(2) either insure your package for safe return to Radio Warehouse or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to
(1) use a carrier that offers tracking or
(2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Always include a completed RMA form with any products you are returning to us.
Restocking fee:
Radio Warehouse apply a 15% restocking fee on all returns which are not subject to product defect.
